How it works
After your chiropractic assessment, Dr. Joe will determine the areas of your spine that are moving incorrectly, also known as a subluxation. Performing specific chiropractic adjustments on these areas will help remove tension, allowing the joint(s) to move easier. This will balance the area, reducing abnormal wear, and alleviate an array of potential symptoms.
Frequency
Depending on your reason for visiting, the frequency that you will need to be seen will vary. Overall, you can think of chiropractic as being very similar to working out. You can’t go to the gym a few times and expect to be in your best shape, right? Consistency is key. It will take a number of visits and time to change the habits and patterns that your body has developed.
